Sky+ to Pc

is there any way i can transfer recorded programs from my sky+ box to my pc?

3rd best (and much cheaper), is to use S-video from the Sky+ box to a gfx card or TV card that can accept S-video

so if i get a s-videa cable, would that be a way to record from whats being shown on the tv or a way to transfer recorded programs?

yea that would be great an inside job hehe, but it does seem the dvd-recorder is the only way to go. thanks for all the replies
