Yes. Everything has contracts these days. Whether they tie you in or have get out early fees depends on what the small print says.
 
I think the broadband is the only part that you can get out of if problems arise (if your line speed is lower then their estimates and if all attempts to improve it fails you can leave the contract without penalty within 3 months of the service being activated).
 
Tryed with quidco there but took me through to sky site and no mention of the cashback

Sky will not mention anything about the cashback. As long as you have signed in to quidco and access the sky website through it, it should 'track' the order within 12-24 hrs. Thats what it did for me. So sign into quidco later to find out
