Hey all, we've been with sky for over a year now and on and off for the last half a year we've had frequent drops everytime the phone is answered or an incoming call. I've tried the best of over a dozen filters and all the time the same issue. Someone will answer the phone the connection will drop and when the phone is hung up connection will resume but with an aweful connection rate.
Im usually getting between 6000kbs and 8000kbs on the upstream and aroudn 758 iirc on downstream. Now this is really annoying me because we had crackling on the line got the lines replaced with BT and the phone lines sorted. Crackling reduce quite a bit however whenever the router is connected to the phone line via the filters (ive tried my neighbours working filters) the whole crackling is there and then the line will drop.
