SkyFiber is making me want to cry!

So over the last month or so I have had sky Fiber PRO and was hitting speeds of around 68mb, sometimes 75mb, but lately I've been getting rather dissapoiting speeds! as in 12mb, 25mb, and today I got this speed




it's getting behond a joke now!

I had a engineer yesterday who to be honest didn't know what was affecting the line, so he stuck me on a spare line apparently.

Also this is a brand new house, so brand new cables underground ect. new build only moved in, in Nov 2013

Any ideas guys ?

The issue is over now though. Have you tried restarting your router since yesterday?

My area code is on there, However I have spoken to Sky and their sending me a new router, as they feel this one might be faulty...

So we shall see.
