Skylake boost multi

Intel are ****. They locked the multi down on skylake so no manualy setting the multi to its max boost ratio as with haswell. Zen can't come soon enough.
 
As said above dependant on your motherboard you can run a bios that allows non K processor overclocking by adjusting your BCLK setting as the multiplier is fixed.

I am running my i5-6400 @ 4.5Ghz.

What motherboard do you have?
