Skype - Best way to record a conversation?

Anyone able to recommend a simple/free way to record a Skype conversation.

I need to talk to a company in the US so I assume I can just allocate some money to my Skype account? Phone them? And also record it?

Don't need video... Just audio...

Side question: If I'm phoning a US telephone number, how do I allocate cash to my Skype account to pay for it? Can I just give it a credit card?
