Skype Hogging Bandwidth

Is there any was to stop Skype raping my entire bandwith? It's doing my nut!

People in this house play a lot of online games, and we are unable to play when my brother is on a video call.

I know on yahoo you can turn off "super mode".

Is there anything we can do for skype to enable us to play at the same time?

I've never used skype so I wouldnt know where to start. But I know its irritating getting booted off servers when my bro is using webcams.

There is a prog caleed netlimiter i think that lets you specify how much bandwith a specific program is allowed to use. Not sure how it would your ping though

I've tried netlimiter and it works to keep my ping nice but it keeps cutting his calls off
