Skype in the corporate environment?

Anyone implemented Skype in a corporate environment?

Looking to see whether it's possible to integrate it with our PBX system to route skype calls into the PBX for transfering etc.

I've heard of people setting up internal VOip servers using some open source software called trixbox. It's possible to add modems to the trixbox server and connect it to a BT line you can also probably connect it to your exchange.
