Skype issues

Hey,

I bought £10 of Skype credit a while ago. I tried ringing a land line and a mobile. Both ring and keep ringing at their end but the Skype end says "routing" and then nothing. I can't hear anything.

Any ideas?

get them to pick the phone up at their end??

Yeah but I can't hear anything. Tried it on both my Mac and iPhone.

Do free calls work ?

Yup. I can chat to other people (Skype to Skype) fine.
