Skype webcam window in OS X

Is there any way to keep that window always on top? It's annoying having to keep flicking between full screen windows and sometimes missing things, and I'd rather not make them smaller (only using a 12" MacBook screen).

Anyway to do this in OS X in general? If not anyway to do it within Skype instead? I've looked around in the options but can't seem to find anything.

If it's possible it would be really useful!

Ah, I had ticked it but it didn't do anything. I engaged my brain for a second and restarted the application - bingo! Stays on top!
