Skyrim FPS

I used fraps to see how many frames i was getting on ultra and i was bouncing between 50 - 62 fps its said in the top left corner but when i pressed f11 to benchmark i got this:

Frames: 6149 - Time: 19936ms - Avg: 308.437 - Min: 50 - Max: 1566

is this that my actual average? 308..

sorry if thats a stupid question. i feel like a noob asking it tbh lol

specs:
intel i5 2400
asus gtx 560ti
asrock pro3 mobo
4gb ram

no i wouldn't have thought so. seen 3,4 680's average 100+ so i doubt yours will beat them.

plus the game is locked at 60fps with v sync on or off.

Loading screens ?
I doubt it, I have an overclocked gtx570 & an i7 & 12gb ram & skyrim on SSD (haha my mates who play it on ps3 are gobsmacked by my loading times ) and get less fps...
