Skyrim: Special Edition Free Upgrade

Hello,

I was wondering if the free upgrade was still available? I have the base game and the only DLC I miss is the hearthfire DLC. If I bought that last piece of DLC would I still be able to upgrade the game for free?

Nope, all gone now, I'm afraid.
However, you're not really missing much. A few mods and it'll be as good as, if not better, than the special edition.

Plus skyui (well, SKSE scripting) still only works 100% on the original.
