is there a new elder scrolls coming out ?

wondering why so cheap, I am tempted to buy it, but not finished oblivion yet (don't get time to play it)

2.50 for skyrim, that's pretty good! infact gonna go buy it. ill never play it tho mind.

I enjoyed morrowind and a bit of oblivion, but I missed being online, but I got ESO on release, played it for a month, couldn't get into it that much couldn't drag my self away from World of warcraft, but my wife has got bored of warcraft and that led me into not playing wow anymore either, so I had a idea, get her into ESO, because I was lonely in ESO when it first came out. now eso is the dogs dangles of mmo/rpg!

For the price of a bus ticket it will be a well worth the journey! ;)

Insanely cheap for an AAA title.

Definitely buy it- gives you something to look forward to when you finish Oblivion.

It's so cheap cos the DLC's cost a fortune. The Legendary edition at £6.79 is the one to get.

I already have the base skyrim. If I buy the legendary edition, will the DLC work on my base game i already have?

I ask because it is cheaper to buy the legendary edition that the DLCs individually.

Yes. The legendary edition is just the base game + DLC's. It's not a different game.

Yeah, I had vanilla Skyrim already but got the LE version when it was on sale due to it being considerably cheaper than the DLCs.

Got to be suspicious of anyone who thinks Skyrim is boring.
"Here you go, do whatever you want with no restrictions"
..."I'm bored"

:p

I have tried so many times to get into it, I think I last 2-3 hours each time then it just bores me for some reason. I had this on pre-order and I still can't bring myself to finish it :) BUT the witcher mod is actually pretty damn amazing I must admit.

Skyrim is awesome.

That said, I have no intention of finishing it. It's just too massive. I've played it for hours already.

Might pick this up and give it a go, but historically never liked such open games. Should I get the standard edition or legendary then?

There is more than enough content in the standard edition, but if you think you will put serious time into then pick up the legendary as getting the DLC later adds a lot of cost.

Game is a total borefest though :( (Skyrim)
That couldn't be farther from the truth in my opinion. Skyrim encourages a player to be creative and to take part in the imagination of the game world with quests, random events and lore used as a framework. When I'm really engaged in Elder Scrolls games I feel like I did when I was a kid playing with toys. The ideas, imagination, anything's a possibility. It's so much fun and can be as deep or as shallow as you wish it too be.

I find games that hold your hand, tell you where to go, have no freedom and use the same gameplay throughout to be more boring and disappointing personally.
