basically want to play skyrim 5 all over again, this time I want to play as orc rather than imperial and want to go crazy with smithing and get the full ebony/dragonian (or whatever it was called) armour.

Would it be fun to play or will the opponents be all levelled up to with equivalent armour and stuff so make it pointless?

Are there savegames out there that do this for you and you just play after the upgrades been done for you?

I recently restarted Skyrim with a number of new characters (all named from Joe Abercrombie books such as Logen Ninefingers and Bayaz the mage), but with a heavily modded game using a random beginnings mod mixed with Character Creator. This was brilliant as you no longer started at Helgen, but at random locations with a basic class inventory. My archer/scout character (Dogman) started inside an ancient barrow.
All the characters in the restarts are modded with Hoth's Armorcompilation pack (Warchief, Hedgeknight, etc); JaySuS swords; Cloaks of Skyrim; Game of Thrones followers (currently roaming around with Rob & Ned Stark as my companions); Warzones Civil Unrest; and many other weapon & armour mods.
The major problems are wasting a day to arrange load orders and rebuild merge patches.
Also, on restart, I have found that the Dragon Rising quests are broken with Illieth or the Whiterun scout not appearing and starting the next sub-quest to kill the dragon at west watchtower. But then, the game is more tactical now that I cannot use dragon shout spells (without cheating) and no dragons appear ingame.
