Well, you know with Oblivion, you got a map, with Morrowind, you got a map.

Yes, I am sad and have all maps (even expansion maps) up on my wall due to being one hard core TES geek... No, I don't have a life outside of my 4 walls

Anyway! I can't seem to find anything confirming that the bog standard edition (not the overpriced 'this or a trip to france' edition that comes with a plastic toy).

Thanks

Pretty sure rjk (or someone else possibly) confirmed that OcUK would have a limited number of maps to give away with some of their pre-orders.

Don't think every copy will have one included from my understanding though. :(

I ordered mine on steam this time around, I will probably regret it as I have the morrowind and oblivion collectors editions, I just didn't want to invest the cash this time as I was disappointed with oblivion as a whole, I hope skyrim is more like morrowind, from the gameplay I have seen so far it looks excellent

*edit* from looking around most places are saying that you will get a map if you pre-order but it isn't included in the box

I pre-ordered mine from Zavvi ages ago so hopefully I will get a cloth map :) that said I will most likely look at it once and go huh thats nice then put it in storage never to be seen again lol :p

Everything so far point it to playing like an Oblivion/FO3 hybrid. I preffered how Morrowind played aswell...

I have to say the only thing I really hope is that Bow & Arrows are actually worth it damage wise lol. Hate being attacked by pincushions haha!

Im pretty sure I remember reading something about the Marksmanship in Skyrim - about that they wanted to buff the damage up and make it slower. I'm sure it was with regards to a popular Oblivion mod but I cannot remember the name.

Also personally, I thought Morrowind was amazing stylistically and musically but man.. dice roll first person combat.. *shudder*
