Sup all, anyone having stutter issues with Skyrim on Win 10?

I just upgraded to Win 10, tried playing Skyrim and it's at 60fps with all mods etc as normal, just terrible stuttering...

I didn't have perfect performance on my W10 upgrade as the win 7 install it went on was about 2 years old. I started fresh and seems better.

SkyrimPrefs.ini

iPresentInterval=0

enblocal.ini

[ENGINE]
EnableVSync=false
VSyncSkipNumFrames=0

[LIMITER]
EnableFPSLimit=false
FPSLimit=60.0

In MSI Afterburner OSD ( Statistics Server ) : All ON / Detection LOW

Custom Direct3D Support : OFF
Stealth Mode : OFF

Click the Plus Sign

skse_Loader.exe - Frame Rate Limit = 60
TESV.exe - Frame Rate Limit = 60

That fixed 95% of my stuttering, and it's why I HATE the Game Byro/Creation Engine. Which is going to be tweaked in Fallout 4

Thanks for the reply, I found out it was a much simpler issue. For some reason Win 10 was telling my PC to run at 30Hz... Maybe it got it's self confused as I'm connected up to my monitor and amp. Set it to 60Hz... Problem solved!
