Slackware: Boot from USB Disk

I'm trying to get Slackware to boot from a USB stick and I have failed miserably.

I keep getting the 'unable to mount roof fs on...' error.

If I install this to a SATA disk, then move it into a USB caddie, apart from adding the usb-storage module to init, what else do I need to do? :confused:

I've tried using the UUID but that seemed to change nothing... :confused:

Have you changed the bootloader options to tell it where the rootfs is?

How did you create the USB?

Did you use unetbootin / Follow Slackware guide or something else?

I used a few different guides, but to be honest I've bought an SSD and I'll run it off that instead.
