Excuse the daft question but where would one buy a sledge from? Not online - I need to pick one up on way home. Do Supermarkets sell them?

Just after a plastic one tbh - nothing fancy as I'm not overly bothered about fuel economy, soft dash plastics, cup holders or xenons.

My local Asda sell them, would image most big supermarkets, diy stores and toy shops will have them in as snow + sledge = profit

Make sure not to get a rwd one though or you'll crash

Be warned - cheap plastic sledges can suffer catastrophic failure when impacts derived from "taking off and landing" are involved - they tend to shatter leaving to slide down on your bodily area of choice! Get a metal tea tray or a sledge with wood/metal frame and metal runners polished with beeswax!

Not worth buying brand new, get a nearly used for half the price.

Most supermarkets have them, but they seem to sell out very quickly.

Reminds me I need a sledge for my festivals this year, lol, tried to get one just before download and leeds last year and had no joy. Need something to gaffer tape my booze to, to save my back and shoulders that little bit more, lol.

I went to Marks and Spencer and got a couple of the box movers with wheels on, they're great for pratting about on the sloped ice-covered carpark in! Got some good speed up

If you do get a sledge make sure that when you come back in you detail it before putting it away. If this advice is not taken then it can lead to damage to the manifold and nobody wants a sledge like that.

Make sure that your sledge is non-negotiable if you want to beat those who rent!

kthxbye
