Sleep cpu usage software

I use video server software so I can stream vids on to the apple ipad(Air Video), but pc goes to sleep while streaming vids to the ipad. So I was wondering is there any sleep software that basis entering sleep on cpu usage.. If software exist I could set it to sleep after 45mins if cpu usage been below 20%
