Sleep issue :(

Hey guys and gals.
My comp runs stable at 4.2ghz but after i wake it from sleep mode it is only running at 3.6 ghz?? Any ideas.

I used to have this issue, I reinstalled Windows in the end... It might be something do with your BIOS settings or with applications that came with your motherboard, let us know what motherboard + cpu you have.

Edit: I mean exact numbers, i see its a Gigabyte
