Sleep Timer

Oh hai.

I'm after a program that has the same effect as the sleep timers on televisions.

Why?

I'll tell you why.


I tend to nod off when watching vids at night. Namely Red Dwarf playlists on Youtube.

I'd like the program to be able to Shut Down completely or go into Stand By


Does such a program exist and if so, which is the best?

XP SP3.
