Hey,

There's a show on Sky Three at the moment about sleep walking (this isn't a heads up thread).

My question is, do any of you sleep walk?

I used to when I was younger (about 6 to 8 years old I think) but not that much. I'd get up, walk down stairs and out the front door. The alarm would go off and I'd wake up crying, looking up the stairs at my dad holding a base ball bat.

I slept walked during a school holiday. I got off the top bunk, sat at the bottom of my mates bed and they were talking to me. I stood up and got back in to bed. When they told me what I'd done the next morning I don't remember any of it.

I think I've grown out of it now. For those wondering, no you don't walk around looking like a zombie :p

I apparently sleep walk when i've been drinking. I can't account for this as i'm well... asleep but i've been told by a fair few mates that i've done it in the early hours of the morning after a party.

I used to do a very similar thing around the same age - used to go downstairs and turn electronics on and off... Haven't done so in over 10 years as far as I'm aware. Closest I get now is rolling out of the bed while intoxicated:p!

The last time I done it was when I was 20 on a overnight ferry to France. I woke up holding the door open to the cabin shouting "we've got to get off the boat, everyone is off the boat".

I regually sleep talk too, so does my boyfriend. I was actually woken up by him on the weekend going "mmmmmmmmm sponge bob" in his sleep.

I still have really strange dreams. It's very weird. Most of the time I cannot remember the dreams but just wake up shaken. Sometimes I'll remember something attacking me but I don't feel anything. It's that point of the dream, where I'm shouting or being attacked that I'll wake up wondering where I am and my head is racing.

They only happen now and then though.
