Sleeping pills

Over the counter ones. does anyone have any recommendations. I've tried nytol years ago and seem to remember them being quite efficient but I also see quite a few others on the market, any ideas?

Wife found the night nurse ones worked well recently when a really horrible cold was stopping her get to sleep.

Or man up and drink lots of single malt.

Sominex.
Nytol didn't work well with me and also gave me twitchy legs, as detailed in their list of side effects.
Sominex works but must admit I can sometimes be a bit "out there"(kind of sleepy) until lunch time. Varies though, that doesn't always happen
