Anyone used this? Just seen an ad saying that Boots now sells the equipment. I'm currently laid up following an op on my knee and wondering if this may assist whilst I recover and get back on my feet.

I might be letting curiosity get the better of me as I don't normally take aqn interest in such stuff but i'm bored out of my head lazing about.

Ask yourself this question. Do you really think it works? or do you just wish it worked?

Grab a dumbbell and then get someone else to pick your arm up for you... that should work right?

Well I didn't really think it worked but hey if you don't ask you don't know.

Looks like I'm just going to have to rest up and ease back into the gym
