SLI 660 GPU Usage low?

Just been testing my new SLI set-up. Getting good FPS but concerned about the GPU usage of the cards.

GPU1 = 96%
GPU2 = 98%

This is with Vsync off and all settings at max in games like BF3, Alan Wake and Tomb Raider.

Should the GPU usage of both not be at 99%...?

I'm on the 314.22 drivers.

CPU is an i5-3570K at 4.2GHz and 8GB DDR3 1600MHz RAM so I can't imagine it's a bottleneck problem.

That looks fine to me. My gpu usage (sli 680s) drops in half when I'm overlooking a full scale map in bf3 so that usage is nothing to worry about.

So it's OK that GPU2 always seems to have higher usage than GPU1?
