SLI 980ti idle temp too high?

I'e got 2 Evga 980ti cards in SLI in a ThermalTake Core X9 case. I'm a bit concerned that the idle temp for both cards are in the high 60's.

The case got two 200mm fans at the front as intake at full speed.

Two 140mm fans at the back as exhaust running at a quiet fan curve. I've tried them at full speed, makes no difference to the gpu's.

Also two 140mm fans in my Corsair H115i in the roof as exhaust running on a quiet curve.

During gaming the GPU's go up to high 80's.

I've not touched the fan speeds on the cards. Nothing in the PC is overclocked.

Should I be concerned or is this normal? Think I need a couple more fans blowing air down on the GPU's?

Here are a couple of pictures of the setup.

Gaming temp seems normal under air but yeah those idle temps are very high. I know the CPU has an AIO water cooler but what are those temps showing?

Idle CPU temp now when it's in the high 20's outside is around 30c. Under gaming load those goes up to about 60c.

Idle temp when it's cooler has been as low as 19c so doesn't seem to be anything wrong there.

Show us your fan curve.

I'm not sure how I can see the default fan curve.

However I think I solved it. I read comments from others having the same issues with this GPU, EVGA ACX2+. The default fan curve is set to not start the fans until the card reaches 60c.

I installed MSI Afterburner and made my own curve and now both cards sit idle at low 30's and they're still quiet.

Result!

Edit: This fan curve does get crazy loud while gaming so will experiment to create a quieter one that still works during gaming.

They are quiet enough for me, I have 14 case fans Corsair SP red which are not the quietest and the MSI fans at full speed are quieter than them. I use headphones too so it doesn't bother me. What I class as loud is something like the Corsair Stock fans, the MSI at full speed is fine for me.

you have 14 corsair case fans and a 980ti going at 100% fan speed - I take it you live alone or your pc is in a sound proof chamber
