SLI and PhysX

I have a QX6700 and 2x 8800GTS and I was wondering whether it would be better to run a single graphics as a physX card or have SLI and get my CPU to process the PhysX?

CPU PhysX blows. 2 8800GTs are not very powerful these days so use them both in SLi and either let them both handle PhysX or turn it off.
