My 2nd GTX 670 arrived but I now realise I do not have an SLI bridge. None came with either 670 (evga) card. I thought i remember seeing one so looked everywhere and couldnt find it. I called my parents and my mum checked my P55 motherboard box. There is a Crossfire bridge in that but guess thats useless to me?

Will any high street store sell them? There are 2 big ones in Leeds so will check today

Cheers snips - will drop you a message if i cant find one i can get today

I imagine they are only a few quid and wondered if I could get one on the high street (in Leeds) or if anyone is in or around Leeds I dont mind collecting

I'm over your neck of the woods. If you get stuck later, give me a shout. I'll probably have one somewhere.

You're welcome mate, I'm on the dark side, so not really going to use it ;)

Am sure most motherboards come with them. I last GPUs also had them in Box.

Every card I've purchased has had a bridge. Strange that some do not.

Was it a retail purchase?

Check the board actually supports sli first :)

Yep, it does. SLI and Crossfire -

Why have they included a Crossfire link but not SLI? Look bottom right at the pic, only 1 is included?!

Edit - motherboard was retail but the 2 670s are 2nd hand. Wouldnt think someone would keep them though?

Geeman, cheers. Where are you located? - cant find anything online about sli in the two big retail stores

They come with them provided they are sli certified and run a minimum of 8/8 PCI, you do still get the odd board without certification that will run 8/4 (crossfire only). Though its usually restricted to the low end boards. Nvidia are far more picky with multi card setup configurations then amd unfortunately.

@op, try a wanted thread on the mm? Could perhaps try somewhere like cex too.

That pic clearly does say SLI on it... What actually came in my motherboard box was this

Is this an SLI bridge or Crossfire?

I didn't think Crossfire connections came with Motherboards? Why is it even MSI if the motherboard is Gigabyte. Weird

Where about are you in Yorkshire? I dont drive but can get the train
