Hi quick question here, I bought a second GTX260 last night and got it installed and everything but Its ocured to me today that its a different make to the other one and uses different speeds :O will the faster clock downclock to match the slower one or will the slower one speed up? Im worried the slower one may die in the attempt, thanks for any info, heres system spec if relevent:

Q9650 (stock speed)
8GB DD2 1066
BFG GTX260 OC2 896MB
Gainward GTX260 Golden Sample 896MB
73GB 15K Cheetah U320
73GB 15K Atlas U320
Adaptec 29160 PCI SCSI card
Antec Basiq Plus 550W Modular Power Supply
XFX Nforce 750i motherboard

No they will not run at slower speeds. It's been more that a year ago nVidia (and ATI) made drivers where it's possible to have cards run at their individual clock speeds without one having to downclock. :)

Grab GPU-z and check what clocks they are running at - in theory it should either automatically clock both cards to the speed of the card in the PCI-e slot closest to the CPU or the slowest card but its a bit buggy.

You really want them running at matching clockspeeds tho - running at different clockspeeds with a big enough gap in performance between the 2 cards can induce noticeable stuttering effects under certain scenarios.
