SLi compatable memory?

Ok im looking at getting some faster ram, and was wondering what this SLi compatable malarky was?

Does it make any difference over standard ram?

And would the OCZ PC-9200 or Corsaid PC-9150 be sli compatable? or should i go for one with the sticker on it?

The 'SLi' bit just means that nVidia motherboards will set it up correctly without much fiddling. It's got nothing to do with SLI graphics cards.
