SLI CONFIGURATION has CHANGED

Tried without sli bridge. In device manager only 2 graphic cards are showing instead of 3.
Reseated the cards too.
Used the dvi cable in all three cards, display is showing up on the first 2 cards the one at the bottom isn't giving out a display?

moved all three cards down two slots
so instead of 1,3,5
3,5,7
still same problem.
Reset bios still same problem.
Very odd, was working fine yesterday was downloading a game on origin and then suddenly it said sli configuration has changed".
What settings should I mainly look for in bios.
Baffled what the problem is tbh.
 
Silly question but do EVGA cover warranty if you have put the pcb on a gpu block?
Been checking BIOS options again. Something new I came across was the option "Microsoft windows" in boot order; if its not at the top priority I get a message please insert boot media device to continue
