Should I be seeing 2 SLi connectors in the box with them?

Yes if your board supports SLI the connector will be bundled with it

If those cards are like the 580 you will need a flexible SLI bridge because the solid one won't fit ..

If you do need to buy one then EVGA sell them (although they seem to ship from middle earth in my experience) otherwise you could brave fleebay.
