SLI noob question

I have a single 7800 gtx Leadtech in an DFI Lanparty SLI - DR motherboard
I'd like to get another card to finish the system off, does it have to be a leadtech 7800 gtx ? or will other 7800 gtx boards be ok?

any will do, but if not a Leadtech then u must flash bios

Doesn't need to flash the BIOS, any 7800 GTX will do, brand doesn't matter, Nvidia sorted that ages ago.

I notice the board I'm intrested in is clocked lower, I presume my current leadtech clocked at 490 core would be automatically dropped to 430 mhz ?,

they would both run at the same speed as the card which is in the primary PCI-E slot
