looking at some benchmarks of the 560ti 448 core edition, it seems they overclock to 580gtx speeds, in crysis they get 49fps as a singlecard overclocked and a 580 gets 50fps. in sli these get 80fps avg at stock in bf3 and 120fps max at stock, this is on stock clocks not oc. im talking about the frozrIII version.

obviously this performance of these in sli will most likely beat the high end kepler and whats best ill get to experience it now instead of waiting months to most likely be dissapointed with high premiums. ((((possible*))))

im asking, would it be advisable to go sli 560ti 448 core now for about 400 quid which just about pokes 580gtx sli performance which is about 700 quid.

the only problem is vram. i play at 1080p but i cant stress enough how much f a gfx whore i am, i texture mod everything heavily.

its a tough choice, in many ways its a smart choice, giving heaps and heaps of performance, but in the other hand am i tarnished with vram problems.

having this discussion with a friend whos also waiting for kepler but swayed by this 448 core ti. if only they did a 2gb version of it, id be completely sold.

*but i just dont know!

Well i already have a ti 2gb which i paid 215 for but ive dsrd it. For 205 i can get a twin frozr III 448 edition so it would just mean getting another. Otherwise in order to save maximum money my only option is to get a cheap nv210 until kepler and as ive just built my pc it seems a waste
