Hi, I'm looking at either buying another 7600GT to allow me to put my system in SLI or splashing out on a new card altogether. Would I get more of an improvement putting my system in SLI or maybe buying a XT1950 Pro.

Any help would be appreciated.

Not only all that, but all games will support a single 1950 pro unlike a pair of cards in sli. This is exactly why i will be going back to a single card solution very soon.

indeed, some games get absolutely no boost in performance, while others get huge 70% FPS increase and what not (quake IV for me) and stangely enough some seem to decrease in performance, empire at war always seem stuttery running with SLI on
