SLI Paddle

Hey guys,

I have an Epox SLI mobo with one of those paddles.

I got a second card today in mind to run 3 monitors and I snapped the clip off the paddle (google shows I'm not the first to do this). As a results I can't fix the paddle back in place the other way around and am stuck using one card and 2 screens now.

Anyone come accross an easy way of sorting this? If I rma the mobo am I likely to have to send it off first then wait for the replacement?

Ok I've been playing around and putting the case on its side and holding the paddle down with a pen.

This lets me boot the pc up with both cards working, so the actual board operates fine still, I just need to secure the paddle down some way.

I emailed 2 different epox addresses yesterday and no response from them.

So anyone got any good ideas for holding the paddle in place?

sometimes they are available as spares on ebay or websites.

celotape or electrical tape should do the trick.
