SLI power need's?

My setup is
z77a gd65, 3570k, 8gb 2133 2 x 4gb, 2 x mx ssd's.

with the system listed could i power two 970's(150w cards) with a SuperFlower Leadex GOLD 650W

i did this that 300W(max load) of cards would give 350W for the rest of the system, and i thought that would be fine.

i dont over clock, so the cards will not go over stock power needs 300w for both and same with cpu 77w.

i think i will drop a 750w in as that is recommended by nvidia
