I have a corsair TX650W and i am planning on buying a second GTX 460 for SLI, but i am not sure about how to wire it up. The power supply only has two PCIe cables, so i will need to use two molex to PCIe cables, which will use four molex. I have a single wire with four molex on which i could use, is it safe to plug them all into this single wire? and when connecting the wires to the second GTX 460 should i use one molex converter and one PCIe cable on each card?

the GTX 460 takes a maximum of 160W. since the molex's are going to be powering 1/2 of each card, that wire will be giving a maximum of 160W.
it will probably say on the sticker on your PSU if it can cope with that or not
