I'm currently running two Asus en7600gs's on an Asus p5wd2 mobo and i'm unable to get any sort of decent performance out of the system. there's a gig of ram and it's all a new build. the latest nVidia drivers are installed as is direct X 9c and the latest motherboard drivers. could anyone tell me what the problem could be? we're not even getting 1fps on the 3rd 3dmark06 test.

When you say the 3rd test, you mean the one with what looks like tanks attacking a building through lots of little ravines?

If so that's the CPU test and will only do a couple of FPS.

What score are you getting overall for 06?

I reckon a 7900(the pretend gtx that clocks way up) would be way quicker than 2 x 7600gs's.
I've got 2 x 7800gtx's & they are getting left behind now as not many new games are supporting SLI now, like 15fps in SCDA   but a 7900gtx speed ONE card solution gets 50fps  .

If i'm correct here, you're trying to run SLI on a 975 board, if that's the case you've got 2 options, 1) go crossfire, or 2) get the modified 85.96 drivers off XS that have the SLI Hack.
