SLI problem

on my mothers rig:

qx9650
2x 8800 ultras
4gb ddr2
2x v raptors raid

I go to BIOS and then i go to enable sli ready memory I have an option from cp 0% 1% etc. up to expert. I select expert and save. I get the message.
ROMSIP table update is progressing do not press power/reset button!! but after this my pc wont boot up. whats wrong.

You've selected a speed increase for your RAM that it can't cope with at it's current voltage.
