SLI PSU advice...

I'd certainly spend a bit more than that if I was going to be getting a PSU for an SLI rig. You'd struggle to get anything in that range that would definitely be powerful and stable enough for two 7800gt's.
If you can stretch to £62, the Hiper Type-R 580 watt should be fine. I think there's a few people here runnings SLI setups on it with no problems. The Enermax Liberty 400W for £50 also claims to be SLI compliant but I'm not sure if 400 watts would be enough.

+1 for the Hiper, great value for money. 
well a 400 Watt PSU will do, i just wasnt sure about the brand. many people go out and buy 500+ watt PSU`s not realising that they will never use that much... for example
