Hey People,

I'm in mid build of my New Gaming rig and I'm stuck for PSU. I dont want to cheap out but I don't want one which costs the earth either. The Setup I have so far is below;

Motherboard - AsRock Z77 Extreme4
RAM - Corsair Vengance 8GB 16000MHZ
Processor - i7 2600k
GPU - 2 x XFX AMD 6870 1GB DF BE
Hdd - 1tb Samsung Spinpoint F3

I've been looking at the XFX 650Pro PSU but open to suggestions :)

Yeah I second the above, the XFX is the one to go for ( Seasonic is the OEM so you know it's going to be good quality and quiet too ). If you don't mind spending a bit extra I would go with the XXX version of the above, as it's semi modular which will make for a more tidy case.

Out of stock at the moment though :(

Failing that the OCZ ZT is also a good choice as mentioned above. Fully modular I believe too. Will likely be rather noisy compared to the XFX, as OCZ usually cheaps out on the fans on their PSUs. A pretty reliable PSU nonetheless.

I'm bargain hunting for them just now :-)
