A 650W would be more than enough. A bigger PSU won't hurt anything, it'll just be a waste of money unless you plan to upgrade to more power-hungry components soon.
In that case i have a 600w currently, only 2 6pin pcie power cables but hopefully i have 4 spare molex then i will buy 2 molex-6pin adapters and save myself some dosh.
So my OCZ StealthXStream 600w will be fine with gtx 460 sli ? (when i get the 2 molex to 6 pin cables)
I can always upgrade to a bigger and better psu later on but for the time being if my current psu will run the sli cards without failing on me that would be great.
I'm a PSU reviewer and test loads of PSUs regularly with all the testing gear etc. The Antec Truepower New units are one of the best I have ever tested in that price range. They can be pushed way past their rated wattage and has really low ripple and great voltage stability. The next step up would be an NZXT HALE90 750W (which can be had at your price range second hand) which I would take over an equivalent Corsair any day.
