Ok say I have 1 card which is
772/1544 and I buy a card which is 805/1610. Would I put the 805 in the first slot and this take over the 772 one? Or do they both run at the slower card speed? If that makes sense.

Sorry trying to learn and understand this :)

Thanks

heres an idea just clock both cards to the same speed end of problem

also card with a higher standard clock is always a price premium

In theory they should clock to the slowest card... but... I've seen it happen where both cards are being clocked to the speed of the card nearest CPU regardless of which is slower or both cards running independant speeds (tends to result in microstutter :( ) so I'd block them both to the same speed to be sure.
