I have never "dualled" before, so bear with me.

It will be GTX460's.

As each of these have 2 PCI-E power connections. I assume that I will need a PSU with 4 [or more...] connectors.

If true, can anyone suggest a PSU to use - £80 or less?

I would suggest this PSU, it's got plenty of power for dual GTX 460s and comes with four PCIE power connections. Plus it's a high quality seasonic design and it has modular cables.
