run 3d mark 05 and see what score ya get, because 06 is very dual core biased, 05 will give us an idea of how you are doing, which we can then compare to 06

Looks a little low, but not miles off - you've got a single core after all.

A dual core would give you another 800+ points easily.

Is SLi set up properly?

Hav

Yeah 06 seems very dual core biased.

My 3700+ @ 2.7GHz and my cards clocked as my sig the highset i could get was 5.3k

Dropped an x2 4200+ in and running everything at stock it shot up to 6.5k, overclocking the cpu and gfx gives me the score in my sig.

Hey,

thanks for the replies, i'm pretty sure it's setup correctly, unless theres somehting i've missed??

I'll run 05 when i get home.

cheers.

Here we go, good bad?

Check to see if they are in SLi you may be working on only one card...And check to see they are bridged together.

Vita, I assume you mean a normal 7800gtx SLi set up, not just a 7800gtx on it's own. I'd be surprised if you could suicide a single 7800gtx to get over 12,000 on 3dmark05. I'd also be a bit surprised if a single 7900gtx would get as high as 12,000 without quite a bit of an overclock. I think 10,500-11,000 is about par.

That means ICE, that you are still a bit on the low side but your SLi set up probably is working, at least a bit. A pair of 7800gtxs at stock will get 11,000-11,500, so just over 12k is in the right sort of region. What quality setting are you using. If you're a High Quality, that might explain it. Turn it to High Performance and run it again.

Ah yeah Man, that's what I meant. I'm new to this gaming benching stuff so don't know this stuff much. But yeah, probs because he has it on High Quality then performance.

I use to get 7650 in 3dmark06 with my two leadtek 7800gtx 256mb in sli..
http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm06=19264..

And 12651 in 3dmark 05..
http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm05=1665984

So i would be expecting way way more with a pair of 7900gtx 512mb cards in sli.
