Given your budget of £200 to £250 it would have to be the cheapest ones, no?
You get 768mb and 1gb versions, if it were a single card I would say the 1gb model because the 768mb one's can suffer from lack of frame buffer at high resolutions/AA(above 1920x1200), this of course goes out of the window and is irrelevant in sli as you would have plenty of frame buffer using either, so any 460's will do.
i am also looking a getting a couple of 460's for sli, these look good to me
