Right, Ive setup my 2 x 7800GT's for SLi.

Now how to test them and what should I be looking for when testing them?

Ah right cheers. At least I know what Im looking for now.

Ill be maxing out the likes of DoW and WA and also RoL as well.

One of the lads from work was telling me that SLi makes the most difference in an FPS. Is this right?
