So upgraded the computer today

has the i5 cpu and 2x 570

Im using the i5 original cooler because im missing parts for the Corsair A70

so played crysis 2 dx11 and only getting 25frame rate which isnt on tbh

The people who installed the computer had to go in thru safe mode and update the drives because they didnt have my windows copy (just thought I add that )

any idea what's up?

Which one?

Have you enabled SLI? What resolution are you playing on?

Shouldn't be a problem unless you're overclocking.

Enable SLI. What resolution are you playing on? Which i5 are you using? If you're running on 2560x1600 that sounds about right for non-SLI.

They had to update the "drives"? As in the physical storage drives? Do you mean drivers? If so, you shouldn't need to use safe mode. Just download them from the nVidia web-site and run the installer.

Sounds like you've you've upgraded your CPU, without doing a clean install of windows, creating a situation that isn't exactly ideal. You should do the following:

Tell us what i5 CPU you're using.
Tell us what res you're gaming at.
Do a clean install of Windows.
Install your graphic card drivers, making sure to enable SLI in the control panel.
