Yes it's fine, it's best if they have the same amount of memory as for the speeds its not as important becouse the faster card will automatically slowdown to match the speed of the slowest card.
Yes they would be fine. Sometimes cards have slightly different clocks (one may be an OC model) but even in that case both cards would work but at the same speed as the slowest card of the two.
